Since 1999 I have moved through SAP landscapes — from introducing new CRM systems to international rollouts and major M&A integrations at SAP SE itself. More than 25 years in IT, over two decades of it in the SAP ecosystem, have taught me one thing: transformations succeed where process understanding, technical precision and the will to implement come together.

As Chief Product Owner and Solution Architect at SAP SE, I was responsible for private and public cloud solutions covering fulfillment, billing and subscription management. In M&A projects — including the integration of Qualtrics, Callidus, Fieldglass, Concur and Ariba — I learned how to bring systems together under time pressure and regulatory constraints without operations grinding to a halt.
